AiR now partners with St. Paul Sober Living in hopes of making our Recovery Assistance Program (RAP) more available and effective for those recovering from substance addiction. Since 2001, St. Paul Sober Living (SPSL) has been committed to providing quality, supportive, well-organized sober-living residences for men and women looking to begin to live sober and develop a full life in recovery throughout the St. Paul/Minneapolis area as well as Carbondale, CO.
Saint Paul Sober Living operates 11 beds in each of its 11 houses. 4 Men’s & 4 Women’s houses in St. Paul, MN. 1 GLBT house in Minneapolis, MN. 2 Men’s houses in Carbondale, CO – the Asben Valley.
Their houses are centered in the heart of strong recovering communities known for their vibrant support of recover and the sober lifestyle.
The St. Paul Sober Living experience is about creating a supportive, healthy environment in all the homes that allow the residents the opportunity to become active members of the recovering community and society at large. SPSL houses not only provide a place to live, but give newly recovering residents a sober peer group from which to draw strength, guidance and acceptance.
The overriding philosophy of Saint Paul Sober Living is that the group can accomplish what the individual cannot on his/her own. In the end, the residents are the program, passing on their experience, strength and home to each new generation of newly sober men and women.
AiR and SPSL join efforts to ensure the highest rate of recovery. Both programs provide the tools to maintain sobriety and improve quality of life, but through combination of your case management’s continuing care with AiR and SPSL, you build the skills and knowledge to regain confidence and maintain a healthy life.
