Drugs and Alcohol Recovery Support

While treatment builds a foundation for understanding your illness, it is only the first step towards a full life ofrecovery. Once you leave treatment and enter back into the “real world,” it can seem scary. At AiR, we believe it doesn’t have to be.

Recovery Management Services from Participants:

Whether you are returning to your home and work, or giving something new a try with secondary care like a halfway or sober house environment, there are many changes you will be faced with that may seem daunting. Our Recovery Management Services are designed to assist you in the transition every step of the way. Our services offer you additional support and guidance through these major life changes so you don’t feel lost or alone and help you effectively implement your customized continuing care plan.

The implementation of case management has proven to significantly improve outcomes for our clients year after year. This increase is a result of ongoing advocacy and appropriate clinical support for you while giving consistent support to your family or work place. Identification, education, early assessment and treatment are essential.

We have the power and tools to improve lives: together, we can do so.
